While running ProCESS, if you receive the following error:

ERROR: Problem with creation of z-matrix for active site residue <residue_name>.

Solution: A bond is missing from the bond list in one of the protein mol2 files. Either add the missing bond(s) or
remove the residue from the XXXX_site.txt file if it not critical to binding of the ligand.
